The inserts available with my diapers are:

24" long x 3.75" wide snake insert that is made of Heavy Weight/Super Heavy (22 oz linear yard) Organic Bamboo Fleece that is topped with the same fabric as the inner layer.

Booster Insert that is made of Heavy Weight/Super Heavy (22 oz linear yard) Organic Bamboo Fleec.

13.5" long x 11.5" wide tri-fold insert that is made of Heavy Weight/Super Heavy (22 oz linear yard) Organic Bamboo Fleece.

Payments:

Please pay for items within 24 hours of purchase or items will be re-listed.  The only exceptions with will be IF arrangement have been made between buyer/seller.

If you are paying with a regular credit card (not paypal),  I will invoice you the amount of the purchase.  Your card WILL NOT be charged until you pay the invoice.  Checking out with a credit card ONLY holds the item(s) versus actual purchase.

Deposits are ONLY 50% of the total balance of the item(s) being purchased, the remaining balance WILL be invoice to buyer upon completion of the item(s), the remaining balance needs to be paid within 72 hours of the invoice being received or buyer will lose deposit and item(s) will be listed on the website.


Shipping:

For any shipping of return/refund/exchange items will be at the customer's cost





Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:



--Full refund will be allowed for unwashed, unworn item up to 21 days from when

the item is received (excluding shipping cost). The refund will be issued once I receive the item back.


--If you receive a diaper that has any manufacture flaws (such holes, smudges , etc.) or snaps broken or falling out will be fixed or replaced up to 60 days of received items, (customer will for shipping both ways).

--Partial refunds will be individual basis, the maximum amount for partial refund be 30% of original price and that excludes shipping cost. Partial refunds will be allowed up to 30 days of received items.

--Exchanges will be allowed up to 30 days from when the item is received. The exchanges will be of equal value.

--The exchanges and refunds WILL NOT apply to "improper laundering or use of non-recommended products will void the 30 day warranty" and then have a list of Do Not Use (bleach, fabric softener, stain remover, oxyclean, vinegar, etc.).

Custom orders:
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for custom orders
**Customers will be email before I start any work of their custom order(s) and will be asked to read my policies and email me back that they have read and agree to my policies.  The work on the custom order(s) WILL NOT begin until I receive that email back.**
